We base our business activities on ethical values and principles. This includes, in particular, personal integrity, the creation of fair working conditions, respect for human rights and protection of the environment.

We comply with all applicable laws and legal standards. In particular, we observe regulations and prohibitions in connection with corruption, bribery, fraud and extortion. We neither grant nor accept gifts, invitations, payments or other benefits if this could influence business relationships. Our accounting is transparent and comprehensible. We treat the assets entrusted to us by our business partners carefully and appropriately.

We are committed to fair competition and observe laws that protect competition. These include, in particular, domestic and foreign antitrust laws and laws against unfair competition.

We ensure that this right is not impaired. We adhere to the legally prescribed maximum working hours. Overtime is on a contractual basis and is voluntary. We pay our employees at least the statutory or collectively agreed minimum wage. We comply with the Youth Protection Act.

We guarantee safe and healthy working conditions. We carry out the prescribed occupational safety training and adhere to all safety regulations, even under high time-pressure.

To ensure the quality of our services, we are certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and pursue an internal systematic approach that goes beyond this. We ensure that the services we provide do not have any negative health effects on consumers. We comply with the relevant laws and guidelines.

We protect personal data from unauthorized access. When collecting, processing or using personal data, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and also communicate the requirements to our employees and suppliers.
